Welcome to Söderåsen Skogsstuga, a charming and newly renovated cottage located high on Söderåsen, surrounded by nature. The property offers a quiet and private setting with forest around the entire plot. It is an ideal place for those who want to enjoy nature, relax in peaceful surroundings, and explore the many attractions in the area.

Söderåsen Skogsstuga is close to several popular destinations. Hiking trails, viewpoints, and Söderåsen National Park at Skäralid are only a short drive away. The towns of Kvidinge, Klippan, Röstånga, and Ljungbyhed are nearby and offer shops, restaurants, and local activities. Helsingborg and Ängelholm are easily reached by car for day trips.

The main cottage has been recently renovated and features an open layout between the kitchen and living area. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The living room has a sofa, armchair, and dining area. A wood stove creates a warm and cozy atmosphere during cooler days and is complemented by electric heating. The bedroom includes a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink.

From the living room you step out onto a covered terrace and wooden deck, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing evenings. After a day exploring the area, you can light the indoor wood stove or gather outside around the fire and enjoy the calm surroundings.

A separate guest cottage is located on the property and provides five additional sleeping places. It includes one double bed and a bunk bed with three beds. The guest cottage has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as underfloor heating which makes it comfortable throughout the year. Both buildings are insulated.

In total, the property accommodates up to seven guests.

The plot is a large corner property with lawn, trees, and shrubs. It offers plenty of space for outdoor activities, relaxation, and privacy. The driveway has parking space for two cars.

The surrounding area offers many opportunities for nature experiences. Hiking trails and cycling routes are easily accessible, and several nature reserves are located nearby. Söderåsen National Park is a short drive away and offers some of the most scenic hiking routes in southern Sweden.

Additional guests: 200 SEK per person per night

Pets are welcome upon request

Pet fee: 250 SEK per stay

Bed linen and towels can be rented for 140 SEK per set

Cleaning fee: 450 SEK per stay

Deposit: 20 percent of the total price is paid at booking
